Serenity

Really disappointed to hear that my partner was made to feel like fool when visiting the surgery today. We are new to the area and I had researched Seven Brooks with the intent to register here. I followed the instructions on the website in preparation (to make it easier for staff)which states 'Please ask the reception staff for a registration pack.......Alternatively you may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.' This is what we did. however when taking the forms into the surgery a blonde receptionist, who I cannot call a health care 'Professional' was very rude and loud enough for others to hear. Questioning where the forms came from abruptly, shoving them back to my partner which was quite embarrassing. She then tried to assert some sort of unnecessary authority when telling him how things should be done, rather than being polite and advising him, aka customer service / best practice. We did not make these forms up, we downloaded them from your website so if you do not wish for new patients to use them take them off you site.
