I booked a taxi for 4 am on Sunday to the airport. The driver came right on time. They sent me a text message 10 minutes before my taxi arrived. No problem whatsoever.

Would give 0 if I could. 45 minutes late even though I called repeatedly driver picked up phone and said he's on his way then slammed it down before I could ask. Driver didn't know where he was going then tried to force his way into my work to ask for more money and started shouting at my students. When I spoke to the manager he said he will "f...ing blacklist me if I don't pay". Good! Its not like I will ever use this company again

We were asked the charge. No clock had bin running. Having to guess and agree etc... gave up handed more than enough.

I used this taxi company on Monday 26th June. When I ordered it the taxi and for the wrong house number. Fair enough I thought, the women must have missheard me. However the taxi driver said to me that if it was another driver then they may not have picked me up because I told the women the wrong house number (my own address I'm not likely to get wrong having lived here for 7 years!) but I left it at that and the driver took me to my destination.

I then needed a return journey. I phoned and the women had mentioned that the driver had said it was the wrong address and she apologised and corrected the information. Brilliant thank you. I asked for a taxi outside the Morrisons in chorlton to go back home. She said it would be with me in a few minutes due to a driver being around the corner. Roughly 15 minutes later I get a call from the driver telling me he was waiting for me and I asked where because I was at the taxi pick up point in Morrisons car park. He then informed me that he was at the Morrisons petrol station and I asked why? He said that's the address I gave. To which I replied with 'why would I want a taxi from a petrol station?'. I then thought he would offer to drive to me in the car park. Nope I had to walk to him with all my shopping because you know I'm at the MORRISONS supermarket just done my food shop!! Fuming I got to the taxi and he then began to tell me that when address I had given he operator was for the petrol station! I would like to state that I did not give any address at all, I do not know the address of the Morrisons petrol station or the supermarket. He then decided that the weather was to blame for the mix up!?? I do not pay a taxi company to have to walk to my taxi with all my shopping in hand to then be told that I gave an address that I did not know! Anyway never using again.
