I got my first snake, a baby corn, from here a few months ago, and he's been an absolute angel. All the staff are super lovely too, and even though I'm sure they're sick of me (since I'm in almost every week), they always take the time to answer any questions I have, and don't rush me into buying like in some other places I'd visited. They seem to genuinely care for the animals rather than just pushing to make a sale, and are always really friendly and welcoming. I'm already looking into getting another snake from them!

Brought a fish tank heater and was assured by the gentleman it would heat my tropical fish tank to 25 degrees. It doesn't even hit 19 and I live in a very warm environment. I took it back for exchange but they said they'd test it instead. Considering I brought the item and it was damaged when I opened the box I thought this to be a bit odd. Anyway I went with it and let them test it over night. When I returned they said it was all fine and it was in good working order. When I got it back home, put it in the tank for 24 hours, sure enough both thermometers were reading at 19 -20 and would budge any higher. They won't exchange it or give me a refund. This is ridiculous and I would never shop here again.

I got my 8-12 week old Bearded Dragon here last week. The Bearded Dragon looked in great heath and has been amazing for the first week. All the staff are over and beyond helpful. You can definitely tell they know there stuff - amazing experience!

Wow this place is amazing. Staff wonderful and so helpful. Will be back (possibly tomorrow) This place is clean and all livestock is healthy well cared for and obviously loved.
